Westminster West Announces Speakers

Written by Rev. H.A. Bergsma
Westminster Theological Seminary in California welcomes three distinguished theologians as speakers for its popular short courses in January. Dr. Edmund P. Clowney, a member of the Presbyterian Church of America, will speak on the theology of the Pentateuch in the light of the history of redemption. Associate Reformed Presbyterian church planter, Dr. Jay E. Adams, will direct an intensive study of problems in preaching with an emphasis on Biblical solutions. Dr. Joel Beeke of the Heritage Netherlands Reformed Congregations will discuss the experiential dimension of vital Christianity as it was preached by the major divines with applications for contemporary preaching. (Christian Observer, Dec. 1994) We welcome the news that such cooperation among Reformed theologians is possible.
